What is AeroBarrier?
AeroBarrier is an aerosolized sealant applied under controlled pressure. The micro‑particles are carried by airflow to seal gaps up to ~0.5 mm. Sensors monitor leakage in real time, allowing us to stop precisely at your target.

New construction and major renovations between drywall and paint; multi‑family, single‑family, and light commercial.
Targets
R‑2000 ~1.5 ACH50 typical in PEI; we can drive lower (≤1.0 or even Passive‑level targets) when desired.

Process
How It Works
- Prep & mask key areas; set up blower door and sensors.
- Pressurize the space and release a fine, low‑odour sealant mist.
- Sealant rides the airflow to leaks; gaps up to ~0.5 mm are sealed.

- Cleanup; surfaces remain paint‑ready.
